What was the highlight of Sunotel Aston Barcelona
Overall, we were satisfied with the visit but there is space for improvement.
The overall look of the hotel, the cleanliness and staff were excellent. Location was really accessible with lots of options for food and transport.
I would have liked to have an option for my guest as she's a smoker and there was no terrace in the morning where she could enjoy a coffee while having a cigarette. I noticed lots of guests sat on the floor in front of the hotel smoking in the morning. Also the breakfast room was not very welcoming, maybe lighting could be better and the temperature kept similar to the rest of the rooms in the hotel rather than blasting the AC. One more detail I noticed, on the rooftop around the pool there are ugly parts which can easily be improved by just using some decoration.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Good location and room was clean and also cleaned after 2 days. We also liked refreshing water in the lobby.
Breakfast could have been better and coffee was not great either.

Very Good
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with directions and things to do around Barcelona. Very clean rooms and bonus of having a mini fridge and air conditioning help a lot.
Towels weren’t replaced every day. Only every second day.
